Position SummaryThe Preschool Administrative Assistant is a unique and rewarding role that will provide administrative support for our Special Purpose Private School (SPPS) and Early Childhood Programs located on the beautiful Pineland Farms Campus in New Gloucester, ME! A qualified candidate will have previous experience in managing the following tasks & duties:
Supports the program with administrative tasks at the preschool/SPPS program to include; supporting with fingerprinting, training updates, ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate licensing updates.
Filing, word processing, copying, data entry and verbal and written correspondences.
Supports the Director and Program Coordinator in the maintenance of Child Care Licensing and accreditation standards, including conducting and documenting regular fire drills, health and safety checks, playground inspections, etc.
Tracks student attendance daily as well as annual agency required paperwork.
Provides coverage for the Office Manager when absent.
Compensation & Schedule Starting rate of $18.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
