Our client, a leading national provider of technical services to the electric utility, power generation, and energy industries is seeking a Senior Transmission Line Engineer to join their team in New Gloucester, ME.

This is an exciting opportunity with a base salary $90K - $135K depending on experience, and excellent benefits.
Job Description:
Salary :
$85000 - $135000
Responsibilities:
Performing engineering work with a focus on transmission line design including both civil and electrical practices.
Generating cost effective designs for high voltage electrical transmission lines.
Attend meetings with customers as needed to support the Sales department and the engineers.
Perform transmission line engineering work independently.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from accredited university.
Requires knowledge of transmission systems from 34.
5kV to 500kV 7 years experience in transmission line design.
Experience in preparing cost effective designs in an EPC environment.
Knowledge and understanding of engineering standards including NESC, IEEE, ASCE, ACI and ANSI that apply to transmission design.
Must be licensed PE or be able to gain license within one year of hire.
